After a 20 year corporate career, Al Rincon launched his real estate practice in 2004 and immediately $4.2 million in his first 30 days as a Realtor. In 2005, Al accepted the Team Leader role of the Keller Williams Pearland office and grew the brokerage to 170 agents and increased profits by more than 200% in each of his 7 years as leader. Al is currently the Team Leader & Partner of the KW Signature brokerage in Katy Texas; he is the Operating Partner for KW College Station and KW Waco where he responsible for the growth & profitability of 550+ agents and Executive Leadership Teams, additionally Al is leading the launch of Mortgage Joint-Ventures with each of the Keller Williams entities. Al’s favorite down-time is spent at the lake, golfing, raising money for Veterans and quality time with his wife of 33 years, 2 sons, and one granddaughter Ariana, all of which are now licensed Realtors…except for Ariana who is five years old.

Seating may be limited to 200 attendees due to facility space limitations so please RSVP and make appropriate changes to your reservations in advance if you are not able to attend.  A fee of $40.00 will be assessed at the door to non-members, vendors, or advertisers not participating in the sponsorship program for attendance.


Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Members must present their HAR Membership ID Card on entry.  This may be an electronic image on a smart phone or tablet may be presented.  Members may find their ID Card at HAR.com by logging into their account.  Non-member guests or affiliates are invited to attend but are subject to a fee.   Please contact Lisa Dempsey for more information on how to join us or becoming an event sponsor.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Agents should bring their business cards to share and to enter to win door prizes.  Agents may bring information on their newest listings or buyer needs.  Recruiting materials or solicitations are not allowed at the event.  Only sponsors may bring marketing materials for distribution during the program.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

If you register online to reserver your seat it is transferable to another HAR Member when they present their HAR ID card at the door.  Non-members may attend but are subject to a fee.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is helpful for our record keeping if you bring your printed ticket, but it is not required for entry.

Last Friday, several real estate agents and local real estate vendors gathered at Max Bowl to raise money for KW Cares.

KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) public charity created to support Keller Williams associates and their families with hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. Hardship is defined as a difficult circumstance that a person or family cannot handle without outside help. The charity is the heart of Keller Williams culture in action – finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where Keller Williams associates live and work.

Michael Clapp, Broker and Owner of Keller Williams Realty Northeast provided the real estate agents affiliated with the market center Broker updates at the weekly, Tuesday morning team meeting. One of the updates provided by Michael Clapp included the opportunity to vote for Statewide Proposition 1 (different from Houston Proposition I), which would provide tax relief to homeowners. Also learn some of the highlights brought back recently from the HAR Big E event.
